All the above legal practices and their associated attorneys are covered by professional insurance in line with requirements set by applicable law.

Strategic advisory services are provided to clients worldwide via legal entity Sparring s. r. o., with its registered seat at Žižkova 13, 040 01 Košice – Juh, Slovak Republic, BIN: 52 325 369.

The responsibility for the provision of services to the client is defined in the engagement agreement between the legal practice and/or strategy advisory practice and the client.
